Extraordinary Design for New 6th Street Bridge

I’m absolutely delighted at the design for the new 6th Street Bridge.  Personally, I think it’s about time Los Angeles had a new architectural element in the downtown landscape.  While I appreciate the LA Live complex, I don’t think it adds much of interest architecturally.  The Marriott and Ritz Carlton skyscraper is nice, but not particularly novel.This bridge, however, is a sight.  For sore and shiny eyes alike!
