This building made it to the top three in the “Best office and Business Development” category of MIPIM Asia Awards. Tianjin Global Financial Center and the 50 Connaught Road Central Building also grabbed the award and also vying for the gold.
It is also the First Real Estate development in the Philippines to be recognized by MIPIM.
The LEED program of the U.S. Green Building Council earlier awarded the Zuellig Building a gold pre-certification.
For the first time this year, MIPIM will also determine the winner of a People’s Choice Award through online voting.
Results of the poll will meanwhile comprise 50 percent of the final scores of the shortlisted buildings, thereby determining the gold, silver and bronze winners.
