Architecture #6: Forte Nanshan

mphasis design

This is one of many building which impress me
so much: forte nanshan designed by spark ,
one plus and hassell.

As a building which is built to embrace
the natural surrounding, I think
the architect already successful
to show it. It really appear as a hill
which surround with lake. It's cut,
it's form, it's material, reflects
the nature.

When enter the interior, the zig zag floor
plan reflects a stone cut of a hill. The
craggy walls which is look so complicated
combine with numerous string of led chandeliers
build an unforgettable ambience. And the best
part of this building is its staircase cave
which is very impressive. Salut!
